Standard Terms of Sale - Please read the following Terms and Conditions
Description of goods
We (Rabart Canine) make every effort to provide an accurate description of our goods, including photographs where available
Please ensure that you have read the descriptions before agreeing to purchase
Payment
When making an online purchase, payment is by debit/credit card or PayPal
For any payment received in Euros / US Dollars via Credit Card please be aware that the exchange rate is set by our Credit Card company on the day the payment is taken
Cancellation / Refunds
You (the customer) have the right to cancel an order via written confirmation within 7 days of receiving the goods. You must then return the goods within 7 days, unused and with their original packaging. Once the goods have been checked and are in an acceptable state you will be refunded the purchase price minus a 10% re-stocking fee.
A full refund will only be given if the goods are faulty
Any breakages or damages deemed to be the result of the customer will be deducted from the total refund/credit
We DO NOT refund postage (unless the item is faulty or damaged)
Products
Not all of our products are kept in stock as we sometimes order direct from the manufacturer
If for any reason an item you have ordered is unavailable we will contact you to confirm expected ETAs, discuss an alternative product or refund in full if necessary
Exchanges
We are more than happy to exchange an item if it is i.e. too small or too big. The item must be return to ourselves within 7 working days of receipt with details as to why this is being returned (can be via email). We will happily exchange the item provided it is in the same state as when sent out, has clearly only been tried on for size and not actually used and in its original packaging (where applicable). You may have an additional amount of money to pay if a larger size costs more and you WILL need to cover the return postage of the exchange from ourselves
Delivery
For all stock items, our standard delivery aim is 3-7 working days from receipt of completed payment transaction (except outside of mainland UK). Due to our work commitments this is not always possible to which we can only apologise for in advance - we will try and contact you at the earliest opportunity if this may happen
We are unable to take any delayed shipment further until 30 days has elapsed
Delivery Prices
Our delivery prices are £4.95 for all UK consignments - Free delivery over £100 (excluding VAT) purchase
Europe including Northern Ireland £9.95
Rest of the World including Southern Ireland £14.95
PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME ITEMS CARRY ADDITIONAL POSTAGE COSTS BECAUSE OF THEIR WEIGHT / SIZE
Important: Any order OVER 2Kgs outside of the UK, Northern & Southern Ireland WILL carry additional postal charges due to the costs incurred 

It is the customers responsibility at all times to input the correct shipment details - we can not be held responsible if this has been input incorrectly
Standard postage is sent with Proof of Postage and not necessarily tracked - for guaranteed tracked postage please contact us for price details
We reserve the right to hold delivery of said order if the correct delivery payment is not received
